Learner Support Services
All Edupro learners studying through our approved Learning & Exam Centres (LECs) have access to:
Appeals Process
You have the right to appeal. If you believe:

Your assessment result is unfair
2
Procedures were not properly followed
3
Mitigating circumstances were not considered
How to Submit an Appeal
1Raise Informally Firs
Discuss the issue with your tutor or centre coordinator. Many concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.
2Formal Appeal Submission
If the issue isn’t resolved, you may submit a formal appeal by completing the Edupro Appeals Form available from your centre or the Edupro website.
Include:- Details of the decision you are appealing
- Supporting evidence (if applicable)
- Any prior steps taken to resolve the issue
3Appeals Review
Edupro’s Appeals Panel will:- Review your submission independently
- Consider evidence from both the centre and learner
- Make a final decision based on fairness, evidence, and Edupro policies
You will receive a formal written response within 20 working days of submission.
4Validation & Feedback
If approved, you’ll be awarded full or partial credit toward the relevant unit(s) or level. If further evidence is needed, your centre will guide you.
