External Quality
Assurance (EQA)

Ensuring confidence, consistency, and compliance across all Edupro qualifications.

What is External Quality
Assurance (EQA)?

External Quality Assurance (EQA) is the process by which Edupro reviews and monitors its approved centres to ensure that all qualifications are:

  • Delivered and assessed consistently
  • Compliant with Edupro’s 6C Quality Principles
  • Aligned with the Edupro Sustainable Learning & Qualifications Framework (ESLQF)
  • Embedded with the Sustainability Performance Standards (ESPS)
  • Meeting both learner expectations and regulatory requirements

EQA is about more than compliance—it’s about building trust and continuous improvement across our learning community.

Why EQA Matters

EQA ensures that:

  • Learners receive fair, valid, and reliable assessments

  • Centres maintain a high standard of delivery and record-keeping

  • Edupro qualifications remain globally respected and regulator-ready

  • All activity reflects Edupro’s commitment to sustainable, ethical education

    What Centres Can Expect

EQA is an ongoing relationship—not just a one-off audit.

    EQA Includes:

    • Annual centre quality reviews (virtual or in-person)

    • Sampling of assessments, feedback, and records

    • Checks on assessor and IV consistency

    • Review of learner registrations, complaints, and outcomes

    • Supportive feedback and improvement planning

      EQA Frequency:

      • Annually for all active centres
      • More frequent for new centres or those under development
      • Desk-based or visit-based depending on delivery model and performance

      Who Conducts EQA?

      • Edupro's EQA process is led by experienced External Quality Advisors who:

        • Understand the regulatory, pedagogical, and ethical context
        • Provide both compliance checks and developmental support
        • Offer insight into sectoral best practices and international benchmarks

      Supporting Continuous Improvement

At Edupro, we view EQA as a collaborative process. Our goal is to:

      • Identify and share strengths
      • Support professional development
      • Guide centres in aligning with global education goals
      • Encourage innovation and ethical excellence
