What is ESPS

Framing the future of sustainability performance in education, employment, and enterprise.

Edupro Sustainability Performance Standards (ESPS)

The Edupro Sustainability Performance Standards (ESPS) are a set of global benchmarks that enable organisations, institutions, and individuals to measure and improve sustainability performance—not just through reporting, but through learning, leadership, and governance.

Designed to align with the UN SDGs, ESG frameworks, and quality assurance models, the ESPS provides a clear roadmap for embedding sustainability into education, operations, and strategic outcomes.

Just as financial systems use IFRS for consistency, Edupro uses ESPS to bring consistency to how sustainability is taught, practiced, and assessed across sectors.

The Six Core ESPS Domains

The ESPS is structured using the LEGICE model: Learning, Ethics, Governance, Inclusion, Continuous Innovation, and Environment.

ESPS helps institutions and professionals benchmark their sustainability impact across six key areas:

Why ESPS Matters

Across sectors, organisations are being called to:
  • Equip learners and workers with green and ethical skills
  • Align with SDGs and ESG requirements
  • Transition to net-zero and circular models
  • Embed sustainability into curriculum and organisational culture

ESPS is how we turn that call into measurable, meaningful action.
