How Edupro Certification Works
At Edupro, certification is more than a final step—it’s a quality-assured process that ensures your achievements are recognised, credible, and globally respected. Our certification model is structured around Edupro’s:

How the RPL Process Works
1Course Completion
Learners complete all required units and assessments through an approved Edupro Learning & Exam Centre (LEC) or Recognised Employer (ERE).
2Internal Quality Assurance (IQA)
Each centre conducts an IQA review to ensure:
- Assessment decisions are valid, consistent, and fair
- Edupro criteria and unit standards are applied correctly
- Feedback and evidence are properly documented
This step is handled by trained IQA staff and forms the foundation of Edupro’s quality culture.
3Results Submission
Once IQA is complete, the centre submits:- Learner marks and grades
- Supporting IQA records
- Evidence logs (where applicable)
This is done via Edupro’s secure Centre Portal, initiating the external review process.
4External Quality Assurance (EQA)
Edupro conducts an EQA audit, which includes:- Sampling learner portfolios or assessments
- Reviewing IQA decisions and assessor consistency
- Ensuring compliance with Edupro’s assessment and sustainability standards
Only after a successful EQA review are results approved for certification.5Certificate Issuance
Once results are verified:- A formal Certificate of Achievement is issued
- A Transcript of Units is included (listing levels and credits)
- Optional Digital Credentials may also be provided for online sharing
Certificates are either:- Delivered to your Edupro Centre for collection, or
- Mailed directly to learners (for online/distance learning)
Certificate Features
Edupro certificates are secure, traceable, and internationally aligned. Each includes:
- Learner name and Edupro registration number
- Qualification title, level, and credit value
- Date of achievement
- UK registration and QR/serial code for verification
