About Green Talent Awards

The Green Talent Awards is more than a competition — it is a global movement of young innovators building a greener, fairer, and more resilient world.

What is the Green Talent Awards?

The JEL ISABC & Edupro Green Talent Awards (GTA) is a global sustainability competition that empowers young people to design innovative, practical, and impactful solutions to today’s environmental challenges. It is a platform where young people can showcase their green skills, creativity, and talent.

Organised by Edupro, UK, in strategic partnership with the University of Leeds through the James E. Lynch India and South Asia Business Centre (JEL ISABC), the Awards bring together students, educators, communities, and future leaders from around the world to develop ideas that can create real and lasting change.

GTA is built on the belief that youth have the creativity, courage, and vision needed to drive a sustainable future. Through multiple competition rounds, mentorship opportunities, and global exposure, participants develop solutions across five future-focused themes - ranging from clean energy and circular economy models to sustainable cities, green business, and behaviour change.

The Awards recognise not only innovation but also ethics, feasibility, impact, and long-term sustainability. GTA provides a platform where ideas can grow into meaningful actions that benefit communities, ecosystems, and the planet.

The Green Talent Awards is more than a competition - it is a global movement of young innovators building a greener, fairer, and more resilient world.
