TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Edupro Green Talent Awards 2025
Effective Date: 1 May 2025
By registering for and participating in the Edupro Green Talent Awards 2025 (“the Competition”), all individuals and teams agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Edupro Limited, a UK-based awarding organisation.

Eligibility
- The Competition is open to teams of 3 to 5 members.
- All participants must be aged 16 to 32 at the time of registration.
- Participants may be students, early-career professionals, entrepreneurs, or youth leaders from any country or academic background.
- All entries must be submitted in English.
- Only one team registration per person is allowed.

Team Formation
- Teams may consist of members from different institutions, countries, or disciplines.
- Each team must assign a Team Representative (lead contact) responsible for communications.
- Team changes after registration are discouraged and may require written approval from the organisers.

Registration & Participation
- Registration is free of charge and must be completed through the official Edupro portal or approved registration form.
- Submission deadlines for each round must be strictly followed; late entries will not be accepted.
- Edupro reserves the right to request identity verification or age confirmation if necessary.

Submission Rules
- Submissions must be original, created entirely by the registered team.
- Content must not contain plagiarised, copied, or AI-generated material without clear authorship, citations, and integrity.
- Teams must use the official templates or formats provided (e.g. reports, decks, portfolios).
- Edupro reserves the right to disqualify submissions that are incomplete, off-topic, or violate ethical standards.

Judging & Evaluation
- All eligible entries will be evaluated by a panel of qualified judges using a standard rubric based on:
- Innovation, relevance, and feasibility
- Integration of green themes and SDG alignment
- Clarity, originality, and communication
- Judges' decisions are final and non-negotiable.
- Feedback may be provided at the discretion of the organisers.

Recognition & Awards
- All participants will receive digital certificates and, where applicable, stackable credentials aligned with Edupro’s ESLQF framework.
- Winning teams will receive trophies, digital badges, and media features.
- Special recognitions (e.g., Impact or Inclusion Awards) do not carry monetary prizes unless otherwise stated.
- Edupro reserves the right to adjust award categories or recognition formats.

Intellectual Property & Publication
- Participants retain ownership of their original ideas and submissions.
- By entering the competition, teams grant Edupro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Use their name, likeness, and project summaries for marketing or educational purposes
- Publish winning entries or excerpts in promotional materials and the post-event Impact Report
- Edupro will credit all published work and respect reasonable privacy requests.

Code of Conduct
All participants agree to:
- Act with integrity, inclusion, and mutual respect
- Avoid plagiarism, misrepresentation, and bias
- Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behaviour
Edupro reserves the right to disqualify any team for misconduct or violation of these terms.

Data Protection
- All personal data will be handled in accordance with Edupro’s Privacy Policy, the UK GDPR, and relevant international regulations.
- Participants may request data access or deletion by emailing privacy@eduprouk.com.

Amendments & Disputes
- Edupro reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Participation. All changes will be communicated via the competition website.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Edupro and its appointed competition committee is final.
